Using an all-sky photometrically calibrated CCD camera, Night Sky Metrics produces state-of-the-art precision and accuracy in measurement of sky glow from the horizon to the zenith. Our cameras are high resolution and multi-band, using a mosaic of images rather than a single fisheye image for greater detail and the ability to extract atmospheric extinction measurements. With the addition of a neutral density filter, accurate light trespass measures may be extracted from images made along the horizon.
